Wedding Bells
Congratulations to Breda Mc Elroy and Paul Guilfoyle who were married last weekend and also to Maria Fitzpatrick and Anthony Rooney, Clontibret. 

Sympathy is expressed to Geraldine Lennon on the recent death of her Uncle J.J Mc Gorry in Maudabawn.

Bawn Housing Association expressed a motion of sympathy to Pauric Mc Nally and family on the recent death of their mother Theresa. 

Resource Centre News
Cheerios day for pre-school and 1st Steps on Friday 7th October. Each child is asked for a €2 donation and they will have a cheerio breakfast and can if they wish wear pyjamas.

Class Act Drama – will visit Pre-School on Wednesday 5th and 12th of October and Thursday 13th of October. This is a travelling drama theatre who will work with pre-school children for 2 hours and 15 minutes in each session. 

Afterschool Programme – Commencing on Wednesday 5th October.  Archery 8 – 12 year olds.

Ceol Music Tuition Tuesday 4th October with 5 – 8 years. Tin whistle tuition by Paul Gallagher.

Drama – 9-12 years. This year the Children have devised their own play around some of the staff as characters. Tuition will be from Natayla Murdock and Siobhan Mc Dermott.

Fit Kids – Every Tuesday for Junior and Senior Infants at €2 per child.

Martial Arts commencing on Friday 4th November at 3.30pm.

Centre Events
Thursday Club – Thursday 6th October at 8pm

Chiropodist in the Centre on Wednesday 5th October at 6pm

Parent Association of Fingers & Toes are having a fundraising night for Childcare in Latton GFC on Saturday 15th October at 9pm. Great night’s entertainment.  All parents urged to attend and support.

Congratulations to Shauna Coyle and Lavina Connolly on making the grade to Croke Park. The team gave a great display.

Set Dancing every Monday night commencing 3rd October at 9pm

Ceili Dancing every Wednesday night @ 9pm.
